Philippians 1:1-5 Paul’s Greeting

Do you doodle? Are you a visual learner? If so, drawing the Bible may help you incorporate God’s words into your mind, soul, and being. Similar to rewriting scripture passages in your own words, drawing the Bible helps you digest the words you are reading. I encourage you to ask God help you  hear his message to you in the scripture, to give you a picture, a word, or a concept that will help imprint his thoughts in yours.
My prayer is that this  visual study of Paul’s letter to the Philippians will gives you insight and encourage you to listen to God’s voice in this way. ~Kathie

Philippians 1:1-5 (New Living Translation)

This letter is from Paul and Timothy, slaves of Christ Jesus. I am writing to all of God’s holy people in Philippi who belong to Christ Jesus, including the elders and deacons. May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.

Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now.
